. . . It's a day by day process.
1. Stop using my phone excessively. Get over anxious feeling I have when I haven't checked Twitter or CNN within the past sixty seconds.
2. Stop.With.The.Excessive.Sweets.
3. Stop getting mad that I have to sit in traffic no matter where I go. After four years in a small city I just can't get over the traffic here!
A Wiseman Once Said . . . It's been hard so far, but that's the point, right?!
