A Texas Christmas

Ryan and I flew back to good ol' Texas for the holidays. We had a fabulous time spending Christmas with our families and laughing and eating too much.

Take a peek at our trip below:

My mom's child army was out in full force.

One nutcracker is just never enough.

Nutcrackers turned Americana.

These types of wardrobe choices are usually expected from her.

A new member of the family got overwhelmed with the Christmas celebration.

I think he kind of liked me!

We ate at Hubbell & Hudson one night.

I highly recommend the mussels. They were wonderful and went quickly!

Mack Brown decided to make an appearance at dinner.

Afterward we headed to Rio 24 for wine and live jazz music.

Ryan's brother and girlfriend joined us as well.

My dad gave cigars to everyone from my mom's cigar locker.

Ryan decided to be a little risky and smoke a cigar.

We ended the night with fireside stories and laughter!

Before we left we managed to sneak a few hours of shopping into the trip. Phew!

And before leaving I said a tearful goodbye to my beloved friend, Trey.

A Wiseman Once Said . . . What's Christmas without family, food, and a little bit of fun?!
