Frozen Delight

Has anyone tasted the deliciousness that is Berripop? For you folks out there unaware of this fantastic yogurt phenomenon, you've got to give yourself a taste! Unlike traditional yogurt and ice cream establishments, Berripop is made with all natural ingredients and is plain-flavored yogurt, only frozen. Its taste? Semi-tart, refreshing, and makes your mouth salivate at the thought of it. With every spoonful, I felt like I was actually burning calories--that's how light and fluffy it was.

If you're an US Weekly or People subscriber, maybe you've seen photos of celebrities exiting Pinkberry in Los Angeles and New York. With the recession in full force and meager vacation days, you don't need to travel to these chic locations to see what these celebrities are spooning up. There are two Berripop locations in Houston: 3825 Richmond Avenue and 1101-08 Uptown Park Blvd. Dallasites, check out Orange Cup and find a location near you!

Make sure you add some toppings to compelement the tart taste.

A Wiseman Once Said . . . Sometimes eating low-fat yogurt can be a substitute for cardio.
